Potato/Batata | Residency and publication

Potato/Batata was the outcome of the residency 'Unfolding the map' with Brazilian artist Vânia Medeiros and the English illustrator Grace Helmer. Five women participated in a workshop with the artists to create their own psychogeographic maps. Among them, artists, architects, geography students and designers. . The residency, workshop and publication were part of SESC Pinheiros during the 'FestA! - festival of learning!' 2019, with support from the British Council's Grants for International Biennales and Festivals in partnership with ELCAF. The project was co-curated with Bebel Abreu (Bebel Books and Mandacaru).
